What happens if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
If you provide your flight number when booking, we can monitor the flight and adjust your pickup time according to the actual arrival time. After landing, your driver will wait for up to 45 minutes, giving you enough time for passport checks, baggage claim and reaching the arrivals hall.
What is included in the price?
The transfer price is agreed in advance based on the route and any special requirements. For airport pickups, the standard meet & greet service includes flight tracking and up to 45 minutes of waiting time after arrival. Additional requests or changes to the journey may be charged separately.
How can I pay?
Payment terms and methods are confirmed when you book. Contact us for exact information about your route and your preferred payment method.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time, unless different conditions have been agreed for a specific booking.
