What happens if my flight is damaged or delayed?
Our Meet and Greet service means that if you provide your flight number when booking an airport taxi, we'll be able to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time automatically to your actual arrival time. After your flight lands, the driver will wait 45 minutes. This should give you enough time to go through the check-in counters, the baggage claim area and head to the Arrivals Lounge to meet the driver.
What is included in the price?
Our prices include all charges, taxes, gratuities and tolls. If you book an airport pick-up, the prices also include a standard Meet and Greet, which means we will monitor your flight and wait 45 minutes from the time your flight arrives. If you book a taxi back to the airport - or any other transport with a departure point other than the airport - the driver will wait for you 15 minutes after the announced pick-up time. Please note that you may have to pay an additional price for certain special requests or changes you wish to make to your trip.
How do I pay?
All our private transport services are pre-paid, meaning you pay online at the time of booking. Payment is secure and we accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can always cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the announced pick-up time. Some of our partners allow a shorter free cancellation period.
